6. Rental Screening Fee and Costs Pursuant to California Civil Code § 1950.6, the screening fee shall not exceed the actual out-of-pocket costs of obtaining the report(s), not to exceed the amount disclosed below.

11. FCRA Notice: If any adverse action is taken based in whole or in part on information contained in a consumer report, Applicant will be provided: (1) notice of the adverse action; (2) the name, address, and telephone number of the consumer reporting agency; and (3) a statement that the agency did not make the decision and cannot explain why the decision was made.
