16. Additional Provisions

1. Tenant shall not assign or sublet without Landlord consent.
2. Tenant shall comply with all laws and HOA rules if applicable.
3. Landlord shall provide working smoke and CO detectors as required by law.
4. Either party may terminate the month-to-month tenancy with written notice as required by the governing state (commonly 30 days).
5. Security deposit accounting shall be provided within the statutory period after move-out.
