AI Sublease Agreement

1. Master Lease Reference

This sublease is subject to the Master Lease dated [[Master Lease Date]] between Sublessor (as tenant) and [[Landlord Name]] ("Landlord") for the premises at [[Property Address]].

2. Premises

Sublessor subleases to Subtenant the [[Entire Premises / Room or Portion]] described in the Master Lease.

3. Term

4. Rent

At end of sublease, Subtenant shall return the Premises in the condition required by the Master Lease.

12. Utilities and Services
