Wyoming Lease Renewal Notice, Legal Framework
Wyoming has no statewide rent control and imposes no statutory duty on landlords to offer lease renewal. Renewal terms, notice periods, and rent adjustments are governed exclusively by the existing lease agreement between the parties. If the tenant declines renewal or the lease expires without agreement, termination of the tenancy is governed by the lease and applicable provisions of Wyo. Stat. § 1-21-1002 (forcible entry and detainer grounds including holdover after term).
This notice provides formal written communication of proposed renewal terms (or non-renewal) and the deadline for tenant response. The parties remain bound by the original lease until it expires or is superseded by a signed renewal or new agreement.
No rent control applies. Any proposed rent or other terms are as negotiated between landlord and tenant., -

The new terms would commence on [[Proposed Effective / Renewal Start Date]] and would be documented in a written lease renewal agreement or new lease to be executed by both parties.
Option B, Non-Renewal / Notice of Termination (if applicable):
The landlord elects not to renew the lease upon its expiration. Tenant must vacate the Premises on or before [[Vacate Date per Lease or Statutory Notice]]. If the tenancy converts to holdover without agreement, the landlord may pursue remedies under the lease and Wyo. Stat. § 1-21-1002, including a 3-day notice to quit followed by court action.
Tenant Response Required By: [[Response Deadline Date (per lease or [[Lease Notice Period]] days prior to expiration)]]
Tenant must respond in writing (email or letter acceptable if lease permits) to [[Landlord Contact for Response]] accepting, proposing counter-terms, or declining.
